The problem

Your phone rings while you're busy doing the work.

You're with a client, on a roof, at a showing, or finally home for dinner. The call goes to voicemail. Many people don't leave a message. They open Google and call the next name on the list.

You never see that revenue leave. It just doesn't show up.

Example · Missed callsA typical evening
(804) 555-0142 No voicemail
"Do you have anything open for lip filler this week?"
9:14 PM
Zillow lead Waited 2 hrs
"Can I see the Brandermill house before someone else grabs it?"
6:41 PM
(804) 555-0187 Hung up
"Water's coming through the ceiling. Who can come today?"
12:22 PM
Instagram DM Unread
"How much is a HydraFacial? Can I book for Saturday?"
7:58 AM
Four people ready to book, and none of them reached anyone. My front desk is being built to reply to each one and offer a time on your calendar.
Med spas and aesthetic clinics
"Your best clients book at 9pm, after the kids are down."

Body-contouring and injectable plans often run into the thousands. When one of those calls goes to voicemail at night, it may go to another spa. The front desk is being built to answer from your real menu.

Anchor: after-hours inquiries
Real estate agents and teams
"Leads go cold fast. The first agent to reply has the edge."

Firms that reached a lead within an hour were nearly 7 times more likely to qualify it than firms that waited even an hour longer. The front desk is being built to reply to Zillow and website leads promptly, day or night.

Roofers, HVAC, dentists, law firms
"44% of callers never reach a person. They call your competitor."

Across more than 70 million tracked business calls, nearly half never got a human. In home services, it's 48%. Many of those callers simply try the next business on the list.

Try it for 30 days. If it misses, I keep working free.

Pilot: $1,500 for 30 days, invoiced at go-live, not when you reserve. We agree on a booking target before you start, based on your audit. If your front desk doesn't reach it in those 30 days, I keep working for a second 30 days at no charge. If it still falls short, you walk away owing nothing more, with a full export of all your data. If it hits the target and you choose to continue, the $1,500 is credited toward your plan, and any credit left after your first month carries into the next. The pilot fee covers setup and isn't refundable, and nothing renews automatically.

The 30 days start on the agreed go-live date, once everything in your package passes testing. An AI-assisted booking is an appointment your team confirms during the pilot that's linked by record to a specific front-desk call or conversation. Each appointment counts once, whether it's a consultation, a treatment or a showing. Cancellations and duplicate reschedules are removed. Your target is written into your pilot agreement before go-live. The target counts bookings, not sales: a booking still counts if the client doesn't show up. If the free second month is needed, bookings from both months add up toward the same target, with the same usage limits as the pilot. The guarantee applies when your team responds to at least 90% of the front desk's booking requests within one business day. Monthly plans run month to month with 30 days' written notice to cancel.

FAQ

Fair questions.

The five things owners ask me most. If yours isn't here, ask the front desk at the top of the page.

AI sounds impersonal. Won't my clients notice?
The front desk is being built to reply in your voice, using your service names, your prices and the way you'd actually say it, so a client gets a helpful answer at 9pm instead of a voicemail box. When a question needs you, it's designed to hand the conversation to your team with the full history.
I already have a receptionist. Why would I need this?
Keep them. Your receptionist works business hours, takes lunch, and can only be on one call at a time. The front desk is designed to pick up when they can't: nights, weekends and the second line ringing. At launch, booking requests go to your team. Direct calendar booking is coming soon, and we'll confirm it works with your system before it's switched on.
What does it cost?
Packages start at $1,000 a month for Capture, $2,500 for Capture + Grow and $4,500 for Done-for-You Growth. Most clients start with the $1,500, 30-day pilot, invoiced at go-live, not when you reserve. We set a booking target together from your audit. If the front desk falls short, I keep working a second 30 days at no charge; if it hits the target and you continue, the $1,500 is credited toward your plan, with anything left over carried into month two. Monthly plans need 30 days' notice to cancel. The free audit tells you which package fits before you spend anything.
Who owns my data, and is it safe?
All of your data belongs to you: your contacts, leads, call and message transcripts, booking records and reports. You can ask for a full export at any time, and you get one whenever you leave, whether that's after the pilot or years later. Your data is never sold. It's only processed by the services needed to run your front desk, and access is limited to the people who need it. For medical practices, we review your privacy requirements, including HIPAA where it applies, and only connect services that meet them before going live. Reactivation messages only go to contacts who agreed to hear from you, and every message includes a way to opt out.
What if it doesn't work?
That's what the pilot is for. Before you start, we agree on a number of AI-assisted bookings for the pilot, based on your audit. If your front desk falls short in its first 30 days after go-live, I keep working for a second 30 days at no charge. If it still falls short, you walk away owing nothing more. The pilot fee covers setup and isn't refundable. You keep all of your data, with a full export of your contacts, transcripts, booking records and everything we learned about where your leads were going. An AI-assisted booking is an appointment your team confirms during the pilot that's linked by record to a specific front-desk call or conversation. Each one counts once, and cancellations are removed. The target counts bookings, not sales: a booking still counts if the client doesn't show up. If the free second month is needed, bookings from both months add up toward the same target, with the same usage limits as the pilot. The guarantee applies when your team responds to at least 90% of the front desk's booking requests within one business day.
